Who the pilot is for
Architects, building-application consultants and small professional teams evaluating a connected workflow on a bounded case. You bring domain expertise, lawfully available source material and a person who can review the drafts.
What we agree to evaluate
Choose a concrete problem: identify gaps in property information, review a drawing draft or organise documentation for further professional work. Supported features, formats and deliverables are confirmed before the pilot starts.
Agree how usefulness will be assessed: fewer manual lookups, clearer gaps or an easier handover. Close with a review of results, limitations and the decision on any further use. The pilot does not guarantee time savings or approval.

Agree the pilot case
Describe your organisation, case type and preparation needs. We agree supported scope, responsibilities and access before starting.
Check the source material
Confirm the property, relevant plans and source evidence. Missing, outdated or uncertain information must be resolved before use.
Prepare and review
Work with a model, drawing drafts and documentation within the agreed scope. Have geometry, area calculations and assessments checked by the appropriate professionals.
Agree the handover
Check attachments and supported formats before handing material to the receiving tool or responsible professional. Submission takes place through an appropriate external channel.
A basis for decisions, not an approval.
What we establish together
Case type, required sources, which drafts will be delivered and how results will be reviewed. Coverage varies; a missing field does not mean an issue has been resolved.
What the product does not replace
Municipal decisions, the responsible applicant or necessary checks by qualified professionals. Models, rule indicators and AI-generated content require review before use. We do not promise general TEK17 approval, automatic submission or support for every case type.
A pilot with agreed scope and pricing.
We assess the pilot case before agreeing access, deliverables, support and price. This professional pilot has no open free plan or general subscriptions. An enquiry does not automatically grant access or establish an agreement.
